Camp Pagweak has a New Missionary

The well known Charlene Reid has been named the new Missionary/Director of Camp Pagweak. A former resident of Truro who now resides in Hantsport, will take up her new duties almost immediately.

The position of missionary is intended as a year-round call to further the interests of the children's camp administered by the Convention Baptist Churches of Cumberland, Colchester, and Pictou.

Praise the Lord, what a blessed day. We had snow last evening while everyone was catching up on their sleep. This morning the world was absolutely beautiful. What our Lord does for us is absolutely amazing and all we need is to put our trust in HIM.

Men of Honour Have Launched

A new and powerful group has united to provide new leadership , service and renewed strength in our community. The Men of Honour agreed on a comprehensive code of conduct that will unite them in purpose as leaders under God.

After School Program

Our new Junior Church, is underway. Children of elementary school age are taught, supervised and cared for at Debert Baptist Church each school day from 2:30 to 5:30 pm.

This Christian education program is offered at no charge, although parents who are able may contribute toward expenses.

Registration is required.
